No fee to job seekers

Northbridge Talent never charges a fee to job seekers. Our services to candidates — including registration, placement, and background screening — are always free. Applicant data-privacy notice

We collect personal information from applicants and associates solely to evaluate employment suitability, place candidates, administer payroll and benefits, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Background checks are conducted only with your written authorization and in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable Illinois law. You may request access to or correction of your data via our office.

Background checks & work authorization

Background and reference checks, drug screening where applicable, and work-authorization verification (E-Verify) may be required for placement and are conducted lawfully and with consent. A criminal record does not automatically disqualify an applicant; we conduct individualized assessments consistent with applicable “ban-the-box” and fair-chance laws.

Associate / worker classification

Temporary and contract associates placed by Northbridge Talent are W-2 employees of Northbridge Talent for the duration of their assignment. We are the employer of record and are responsible for wages, payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and unemployment insurance, consistent with the Illinois Day and Temporary Labor Services Act and applicable law.
