A mid-sized firm seeks a direct-hire HR generalist to own onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations across a 200-person team.

What you’ll do

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding
  • Administer benefits and leave
  • Advise managers on employee relations
  • Maintain HRIS records and compliance

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years HR generalist experience
  • Knowledge of IL & federal employment law
  • HRIS experience
  • PHR/SHRM-CP a plus
